About

YUKO MURAKAMI

As a private chef, Yuko Murakami’s mission is to share the treasured native regional recipes of Japan, which are centuries old and has been long forgotten.

She was a chief lecturer at a cooking school in Japan for over 10 years. Cooking has been shown to connect with others. When she cooks with others, she forms stronger bonds, whether they’re friends or family members.

She also worked as a recipe development for Food Service Companies and others.

Yuko is very humbled for all these experiences and is proud to bring all this life to her food. Passion, ingenuity, and integrity all find their place in a dish from Yuko.
